Every article against the 1-minute tape, graded on whether it could have caused the move or merely reported one already underway.

Select an article and the chart shades the hour before it (grey) against the hour after (blue). If the grey side is bigger, the story reported the move. Axis carries both clocks — ET above, UTC beneath; both feeds are stored in UTC, so regular hours run 13:30–20:00z.
